Kühtai - the ski area over 2000 m, right at your front door
Relaxing and adventurous-days await you in the heart of a splendid mountain panorama.
The luxurious Residence Apartments accommodate you in the middle of Kühtai’s
ski area, providing modern furnishings, sparkling with views of the 3000-meter.
Apart from that, we offer a laundry room with a washing and dryer machine not free of charge.

Together with the interconnected ski area of Hochötz, you have
approximately 80 km of superbly groomed ski runs at your fingertips - skiable with
one skipass. Regardless whether you’re a beginner or advanced & seasoned skier,
there is something for everyone. And off the slopes, there is loads to discover
an ice skating rink, a sledding run (illuminated for night sledding fun) and guided
snowshoe hikes - we make sure no desires go unfulfilled.

And in case it gets too cold outside, a slew of cosy restaurants, ski refuges and bars
have warm, snugly relaxation and bubbly fun on offer. Or else, how about
a romantic evening of fondue for two?
