lounge with three tables, comfortable kitchen-living room (2 refrigerators, 1 little freezer, electric cooker with oven, sofa) each 16 m²

first floor:
2 triple rooms, 1 double room with shower, 1 double room with shower and toilet, 1 toilet on the floor

under roof:
2 double rooms with curb roofs, shower and toilet on the floor

All the rooms have cold and warm running water and balcony. In the cellar you have the possibility to prepare your skies. parking lot, towels and bed-bugs are at your disposal, on demand bread delivery is possible

On the first floor there is another room (without running water) with a single bed and a bunk bed.

approx. 50 metres to the bus stop (approx. 1 kilometre to Neustift centre)
